Arrival and Welcome
The event/activity begins with a heartfelt welcome. Participants will be greeted by a member of the facilitating team, usually the coordinator. Upon arrival, participants will be shown around and given the time to choose their personal space. The conditions and choices will be determined by the limitations of the space. We will do our very best to allocate a resting space, whether individual or collective, separated from the ceremonial space.
Prior to the commencement, participants will have the opportunity for a one-on-one session with the coordinator. This session aims to address any remaining questions or any concerns that have arisen before the event. The focus will be on guiding participants through the retreat's philosophy, discussing the upcoming schedule of activities, and emphasising the significance of setting personal intentions.
Time to Settle
Our events typically open some time before the start of the activities. This period is valuable for familiarising oneself with the space, adjusting to the group energy, and beginning to get acquainted with fellow participants.
Intention Setting
Depending on the event and where applicable, participants will engage in a ritual of intention-setting where they can articulate their personal goals and aspirations in the manner most comfortable to them. Recognising that each intention is valid, unique, and deeply personal to the individual expressing it fosters a collective sense of purpose grounded in mutual respect and understanding.
Immersive Activities
The journey unfolds through a series of immersive activities including ceremonies with sacred remedies, individual plant workshops, integrative sessions, guided meditation, and any other introspective activities, all designed to bring the participant inside of themselves and to unearth hidden emotions, thoughts, patterns of behaviours. The facilitating team provides gentle and loving
