Inspired by the sacred traditions of the Moon Lodge, our retreats provide a sanctuary for intentional reflection - a serene space where participants can step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and embark on a profound healing journey to explore the sacredness of femininity. Amidst the tranquil embrace of nature, we invite women to delve into their depths, connecting their healing with the healing of the cosmic womb, understanding that healing the womb of woman is tantamount to healing the earth itself.
Through ceremonial rituals that honour feminine energy, guided teachings, night time ceremonies with ancestral remedies, feminine cleansing rituals and, communal gatherings, our retreats cultivate a nurturing environment for reconnecting with inner wisdom and fostering transformative connections with femininity, creativity, Mother Earth, and our sisters.
While specific practices, teachings, and protocols associated with the Moon Lodge may vary among different Indigenous tribes and communities, there are common pillars that unite these sacred traditions: Rituals and Ceremonies, Education and Guidance, Healing and Support, Cleansing and Renewal, Community Connection, and Cultural Continuity.

Traditionally, the Moon Lodge fosters learning and empowerment as elder women ("Wisdom Keepers") share their knowledge and wisdom through storytelling, workshops, and intimate discussions, allowing participants to gain insights into women's health, childbirth, parenting, and spiritual growth, while fostering intergenerational connections and personal transformation.

Through compassionate sharing circles, one-on-one support, and healing ceremonies, women will receive emotional support and guidance, nurturing a sense of belonging and empowerment as they navigate their personal journeys.

In the Moon Lodge tradition, Cleansing and Renewal rituals are integral for purifying the body, mind, and spirit. Through sacred practices like baths and sweat lodge ceremonies, participants experience a profound sense of rejuvenation and clarity, symbolizing renewal and spiritual rebirth within this sacred space.
Our moon lodge retreat will include womb healing sound bath, crystal therapy, aromatherapy and energy work.
