Participating in any of our events signifies a shared commitment guided by principles of Respect and Love. While we deeply respect individual freedom, we recognize the significance of establishing clear rules and guidelines for our guests. This is essential to uphold the wellbeing of the group and foster a safe environment. The code of conduct has been thoughtfully crafted with these considerations in mind.
The ensuing Code of Conduct applies to all Participants engaging in consciousness-expanding remedies, regardless of the nature of the retreats (such as Spiritual Healing Retreats: Moon Lodge Retreat, Sacred Earth Retreat), individual workshops facilitated by Co-Inspired or any other activities proposed on the website.
A. HONESTY
I agree to answer all questions honestly during the screening process. I understand that I must complete a medical questionnaire in order to participate and that I need to sign all the relevant documentation before participation (e.g. Informed Consent, Terms and Conditions, Release of Liability)
I agree to provide all relevant information regarding my medical history, mental and physical health, including any medications or psychological treatments, and any other information that may serve to protect my health during this process.
B. RESPECT
1. Respect the Ceremony, the Medicine, and the Traditions
I agree to honor the sacredness of the ceremonial space, the medicine, and the traditions in which the ceremony takes place.
Honoring the ceremonial space entails taking complete responsibility for its use. This involves maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and arranging it as necessary. I am committed to ensuring that the space is returned in the same condition as I found it, if not better.
2. Respect the Instructions from the Team
I agree to respect and follow the instructions, directions, and guidelines provided by the team in all circumstances.
I agree not to leave the ceremony before it concludes and without the verbal agreement of the ceremony's guide.
I agree not to leave the retreat/activity without prior arrangement or explicit consent from the team's facilitator.
I agree not to bring any form of recording equipment, including a mobile phone, into the ceremony.
I agree that I will not consume any other substances during the retreat/activity without the consent of the facilitating team (e.g., painkiller, anti-diarrhoea medication, or any other plant or pharmaceutical).
I agree to abstain from alcohol, recreational drugs, and certain medications for a specified period before and after the ceremony, as per the instructions of the facilitating team.

I agree to respect the privacy, confidentiality, boundaries, and experiences of my fellow participants during and after the ceremony.
Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the expulsion of the participant from the retreat/activities: Sexual harassment including verbal/non-verbal insinuation and direct physical contact, behavior putting own or others' safety at risk, persistent disruptive behaviour inside or outside of the ceremony interfering with the group's healing process.
C. CULTURAL SENSIBILITY
I agree to value, respect and approach all practises with cultural sensitivity and open mindedness and avoid appropriating or misrepresenting cultural traditions.
I agree not to make assumptions or generalizations based on cultural stereotypes, and to approach interactions with humility and a willingness to learn from one another.
I agree to discuss anything that I do not understand with the team so that practices and approaches can be understood with an appropriate framework.
D. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
I agree to engage in respectful dispute resolution processes, aiming for mutual understanding and resolution. This includes open communication, active listening, and a commitment to finding common ground in resolving conflicts.
E. SELF-CARE BEFORE AND AFTER
Preparation and Intentions : Prior to the ceremony, I agree to prepare myself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and set clear intentions for my transformative journey.
Integration : After the ceremony, participants are encouraged to take time for introspection and integration of their experiences.
I agree to seek extra support from facilitators if needed to process insights.
Self-Care : Participants should prioritize self-care during the retreat, including staying hydrated, getting adequate rest, and engaging in practices that support their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Follow-Up Support : I understand that written support will be sent to me on a pre-established schedule and that I am offered three video calls for integrative purposes. I agree to take part according to my needs. Should I not wish to partake, I agree to inform the team.
I understand that I can seek follow-up support between the planned calls, should I need to do so.
I understand that if I need long-term counselling or psychotherapy, it is my responsibility to seek such professional services.

Participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this code of conduct if they decide to attend any events organised by Co-Inspired.
